Materials

  • 1 tsp  fennel seeds
  • 2 lightly crushed cardamom pods
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  • Lightly crush fennel and cardamom.
  • Pour hot water over seeds.
  • Cover and steep 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain before drinking.
