Ingredients

  • High-proof alcohol (80–100 proof vodka), enough to fully cover herbs

Preparation

  1. Combine the chopped herbs in a clean glass mason jar.
  2. Pour alcohol over the herbs until fully submerged, leaving an inch of headspace.
  3. Seal, label with the date, and store in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking occasionally, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a dark glass dropper bottle.

Dosage & Usage Take 20–30 drops (about 1 mL) in a small glass of water, up to 3 times daily as needed.
