Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried valerian root, chopped
- 1 tsp dried passionflower
- 1/2 tsp dried skullcap
- 12 oz water
Preparation
- Add the chopped valerian root and water to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and let it simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in the passionflower and skullcap, cover, and let steep for an additional 10 minutes before straining.
Dosage & Usage Drink one cup in the evening or during a moment of physical tension. Not recommended more than once daily due to valerian’s stronger sedating quality.
