Green Tea and Mint Digestive Infusion

hot water, about 165–175°F

honey

Instructions
Add green tea and mint to a teapot or infuser.
Pour hot water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 2–3 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey if desired.
Notes
How to Use
Sip after meals as a traditional digestive-style tea. Keep the steep short if you prefer a lighter flavor and want to avoid too much bitterness.
