Calendula & Chamomile Gentle Digestive Tea

Calendula and chamomile have long histories of use for soothing irritated tissues. Calendula is traditionally associated with tissue integrity, while chamomile offers calming digestive support.
This tea supports digestive comfort when sensitivity is present.

Materials

  • 1 tbsp dried calendula flowers
  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  • Place herbs in a teapot.
  • Pour hot water over them.
  • Cover and steep 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain before drinking.
