Materials

  • 1 tsp Fresh or dried ginger root
  • 1 tsp Elderberry
  • 1 cup  Hot water

Instructions

  • Place herbs into a teapot or mug
  • Pour hot water over the herbs
  • Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes
  • Strain before use
