Materials

  • 1 tbsp dried milky oats
  • 1 tbsp dried Holy basil (Tulsi)
  • ½ cups cold water

Instructions

  • Place the herbs and water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat
  • Strain, and allow to cool slightly before use
