  • 1 Teapot
  • 1 Strainer

Materials

  • 1 tbsp Lemon balm
  • 1 tbsp Oatstraw
  • 1 tbsp  Skullcap
  • 4 cups Hot water

Instructions

  • Place herbs into a teapot.
  • Pour hot water over the herbs.
  • Cover and steep for 20 minutes.
  • Strain before use.
