Fennel & Cardamom Gentle Carminative Tea

Materials

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  • Lightly crush fennel seeds and cardamom pods.
  • Place in teapot.
  • Pour hot water over herbs.
  • Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain before serving.
