Equipment

  • 1 Heatproof jar or teapot
  • 1  Kettle
  • 1 Strainer

Materials

  • 1 tbsp Oatstraw
  • 1 tbsp Nettle leaf
  • 1 tbsp Red clover blossoms
  • 4 cups  Hot water

Instructions

  • Place herbs in a heatproof jar.
  • Pour hot water over the herbs.
  • Cover and steep for 4–8 hours
  • Strain before use.
