Materials

  • ½ cup dried chamomile flowers
  • cups carrier oil olive, sunflower, or sweet almond oil

Instructions

  • Place dried chamomile flowers in a clean, dry glass jar.
  • Pour oil over the herbs until fully submerged.
  • Seal the jar and store in a warm, dark place for 4–6 weeks.
  • Shake gently every few days.
  • Strain through cheesecloth and store the infused oil in a clean container.

Only fully dried herbs should be used to reduce the risk of moisture-related spoilage.
