Chamomile & Lemon Balm Calming Infusion

Equipment

  • 1 Teapot
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Mug

Materials

  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaf
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  • Place herbs into a teapot
  •  Pour hot water over them.
  • Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain and enjoy warm.
