Materials

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 clean cotton pads or gauze

Instructions

  • Pour hot water over chamomile flowers and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain thoroughly to remove all plant particles.
  • Allow the infusion to cool until warm, not hot.
  • Soak cotton pads in the liquid and gently place over closed eyes.
  • Rest for 10–15 minutes in a comfortable position.
