Lemon Balm & Honey Herbal Syrup

Materials

  • 1 cup dried lemon balm (or 2 cups fresh)
  • 2 cups water
  • raw honey (equal volume to strained liquid)

Instructions

  • Simmer lemon balm gently in water for 20–30 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid while warm.
  • Measure the liquid and mix with an equal amount of honey.
  • Stir well and store in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator.
